A beautiful location and fabulous hotel with modern boutique styling neatly keyed in with an ancient cork tree filled hillside. Sculptured gardens and a lovely pool frame a clean, bright, hi-tec accomodation finished off with lovely touches such as fruit and bottled water provided in the room. Looking forward to another stay.
Breakfast selection was adequate but basic.

Fine views from the balcony, but the access to our room was a bit tricky.

Gorgeous hotel in a stunning location, perfect for a relaxing holiday. At the same time, the hilly countryside where it's located makes it an excellent starting point for nature walks. Great breakfast composed in good part of local products and served in a patio overlooking the surrounding countryside all the way to the ocean in the distance. There are several great restaurants only a short drive away, where one can sample the local cuisine (definitely worth doing). Finally, throughout the whole of our stay the staff was tremendously helpful and friendly, making us feel more like friends than clients and greatly contributing to the great experience we had. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in if one needs to relax, one we will definitely be returning to and which we will be recommending.

Views are spectacular. Staff very friendly and swimming pool in a lovely location. Good size room with balcony and good value with again excellent views.
No restaurant. Breakfast service only. Hotel is 2km on the Foia side of town and 1 km in off the road. This road very narrow and windy and could be difficult to negotiate with on comming vehicles. No staff present in the evenings so borrow a torch if walking walking back!

The view of Portimao and its surroundings at our feet below the hotel ! and the comfort of the hotel.

Fantastic views from every room, access to wellness services, unique honesty bar concept
Challenging access with steep roads!!! Long treks to rooms cause inconvenience, and unreliable lighting in outdoor paths poses safety risks!!! Improved signage would help navigate the hotel better at night!!!

Our stay was absolutely delightful, marked by stunning views of the mountains and a serene atmosphere that was just perfect for unwinding. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, especially loved the freshly made eggs and assortment of fruits. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi, which was a blissful retreat after a day of exploring nearby attractions like the scenic Foia. Having access to an honesty bar made our evenings quite relaxing as well.
